Revere Queen Today Sleeper Sofa

American Leather is a U.S.-based custom furniture brand known for producing high-quality made-to-order sofas, modern sectionals, and premium sleeper sofas. Founded in Dallas, Texas in 1990, the company blends innovative manufacturing with skilled craftsmanship to create furniture designed for both style and long-term comfort.

Each piece is built with attention to detail and engineered for durability, performance, and faster delivery times than traditional custom furniture. By combining advanced production methods with handcrafted finishing, American Leather offers a unique balance of custom design, quality materials, and efficiency—making it a popular choice for customers seeking modern, made-in-USA furniture.

American Leather focuses on sustainable furniture production and responsible material sourcing at every stage of manufacturing. As an early member of the Sustainable Furniture Council, the brand continues to support environmentally conscious practices within the industry.

Each piece is built using wood sourced from responsibly managed forests, along with high-quality cushioning made from eco-friendly, recyclable materials. By keeping production within the United States, the company is able to reduce shipping distances and lower overall environmental impact compared to imported furniture.

In addition to sustainability, American Leather supports a diverse workforce and invests in skilled craftsmanship, ensuring every sofa reflects a balance of quality, innovation, and long-term durability.
