American Leather® Shipping & Delivery Information
At Contempo Furniture, we’re proud to offer American Leather® furniture made to order in the USA — and delivered with care to your home. From production to installation, our team is here to ensure your Comfort Sleeper®, sectional, or sofa arrives on time and in perfect condition.
Made-to-Order Production Timeline
Every American Leather® piece is custom-built in Dallas, Texas using your selected size, arm style, fabric or leather, and leg finish.
- 🛠️ Production Time: 3–4 weeks (on average)
- 📦 Shipping Time: 2–4 weeks after production (depending on your location)
- 🚚 Total Lead Time: Typically 6–8 weeks from order to delivery
Delivery Options
We offer several shipping services to meet your needs. You’ll be contacted to schedule your delivery when your furniture is ready to ship.
- White Glove Delivery (Recommended): Includes in-home delivery, room placement, assembly, and removal of packaging materials.
- Curbside Delivery: Delivered to the front of your residence. Assembly not included.
- Local Pickup (San Jose Only): Free pickup available from our San Jose warehouse by appointment.
Small-Space Access & Disassembly Services
Comfort Sleepers® are engineered to fit through narrow hallways, staircases, and tight spaces. If your space requires additional care, we offer optional services:
- 🪜 Disassembly & Reassembly for tight stairwells or entryways
- 📏 Measuring assistance before delivery (recommended for apartments or townhomes)
Disassembly fees vary by model and location. Contact us for a custom quote.
Delivery Day: What to Expect
An adult (18+) must be present to accept delivery. Please prepare your space by clearing the path from entry to placement area. White Glove teams will complete setup and remove all packaging materials.
