Our frames are constructed with real kiln-dried solid wood, ensuring superior durability and strength. We warranty all our custom-built frames for 10 years against defects in materials or craftsmanship.
We stand behind the quality of our upholstery and stitching. We offer a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, fading, stains, or damage caused by misuse.
To file a claim, please contact Contempo Furniture at contempofurnitures@gmail.com with proof of purchase and photos of the defect. If approved, we will repair or replace the defective component at our discretion. Transportation and labor costs may apply.
