Prices shown are the lowest starting point for that type. Configuration, size, and material all move the final number.

Step 2 Choose your layout

Shown from above, the way the piece will sit in your room. Don't worry about the LAF / RAF codes — manufacturers disagree about what those letters mean, so just pick the picture that matches your space and we'll translate it.

Step 3 How do you like to sit?

Seat depth and cushion firmness change the feel more than anything else. If you're unsure, say so — this is exactly what the showroom is for.

Step 4 Fabric or leather?

We'll post you free swatches for whichever you pick, so you can see the colour in your own daylight before deciding.

Step 5 Will it fit?

Rough numbers are fine. The doorway measurement matters more than people expect — a piece that fits the room but not the hallway is the most expensive mistake in this business.

Have a floor plan? Attach it to the email at the end and we'll work out which layouts fit — that part is free.

Step 6 When do you need it?

Custom builds run 4–6 weeks. If you're working to a date, tell us now and we'll build the timeline backwards — or point you at in-stock pieces instead.
