  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2โ€“4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the next business day.


๐Ÿšš Shipping Methods & Delivery Options

We offer the following shipping options:

  1. Freight Shipping (Large Furniture):

    • Delivery Time: 7โ€“14 business days.

    • Service: Curbside delivery; the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.

  2. White Glove Delivery (Optional Upgrade):

    • Service Includes: In-home delivery, assembly, and packaging removal.

    • Availability: Select locations; additional fees apply.

    • Scheduling: Our team will coordinate with you to arrange a convenient delivery time.


๐ŸŒ Shipping Areas

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to the contiguous United States.

  • Exclusions: Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach locations may incur additional fees. We will contact you prior to shipment if this applies.

  • Packaging: All items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Handling Time: Additional handling time may be required for custom or made-to-order items.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • Order Status: You can check your order status at any time by logging into your account on our website.

  • Freight & White Glove Deliveries: The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

  • Missed Appointments: Missed delivery appointments may result in rescheduling fees.


๐Ÿšซ Delivery Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Access Limitations: Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (e.g., narrow roads, gated communities) at the time of order to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Inspection: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage or missing items, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 5 calendar days.
